Membership

Stillwater Home Owners Association is designed and built for the exclusive use of the members of Stillwater. Membership in the Stillwater Home Owners Association is automatic and mandatory with the purchase of a home in Stillwater. Every owner in Stillwater is considered a member of the Stillwater Home Owners Association.

The payment of fees, which is reviewed and established annually, is secured by an Encumbrance (subject to upward adjustment for inflation) registered on the title of each member’s property.

The operation of Stillwater Home Owners Association, is administered through the management agreement between the HOA and Mattamy Homes. The HOA Board of Directors is currently composed of three directors from Mattamy Homes. 

Annual fees for 2024-25 (including GST) are $420.00. 

*The Encumbrance amount for each property is $500.00 per year and is subject to an annual adjustment by percentage increase, if any, and GST


Collection Procedure


INTEREST& PENALTIES

Invoices are due on Receipt. Interest is applied to all outstanding accounts +91 Days overdue. I

Outstanding accounts will have key fob access suspended.


COLLECTION




PAYMENTS

Unpaid accounts over (91+ days) are placed with legal counsel, Field Law LLP, for collections.

Payments:

All payments and communication regarding collection of fees is done directly between the homeowner and Field Law LLP.

Legal costs associated with the collection of fees are set by Field Law LLP. Stillwater HOA cannot waive or credit the Homeowner for these fees.
