HOA Fees

  • 2024-25 Annual HOA fees are $400.00 + GST= $420.00 CAD , a ZERO (0 %) increase.
  • HOA FISCAL YEAR: June 1 – May 31 annually
  • Invoices for the Annual Fees are posted to Member accounts. No physical copy will be mailed.
  • HOA is a paper free environment.  Members who wish for physical, paper copies mailed to them may choose to this service at a rate of $35.00/ year to offset the postage, labour and administrative cost of this option

PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. Members may pay their fees by:

  • eTransfer directly to admin@stillwaterhoa.thedev.ca – kindly include your ADDRESS in the message line. Receipts are emailed in batches, approximately every 2 weeks.
  • Cheque or Bank Draft to: “Stillwater Homeowners Association” – dropped at the HOA office (in the silver slot on the office door – inside the clubhouse)  DO NOT MAIL your payment.
  • INSTALLMENT payments (2-3) are permitted. Accounts that are current and in Good Standing may choose this option. A $35.00 administrative fees applies to offset the cost of processing. Members who make a partial payment on their account will automatically enroll in the Installment Program.
  • Keep your proof of payment. Paper receipts are not issued.  Records of payments are available in Member’s secure online account.
  • Interest or collections fees may be charged on overdue accounts in arrears. Accounts that remain unpaid may be referred to collections or have their member privileges suspended.
SPECIAL SITUATIONS

1. Members who are selling their home and who require a manually generated invoice or Statement may obtain one at a cost of $50.00. Instruct your solicitor to contact the HOA well in advance of your closing date.

2. Electronic Statements of Account may be generated by the Member free of charge  online thru the Member Account Portal.

3. Printed or pdf invoices or statements of account are be subject to the fees established in the Notice to the Profession regarding Resale Transactions.

4. Accounts for resale properties that are in arrears/ collections/ foreclosure will have interest and costs added to the amounts due – payment of HOA fees is a first charge paid from the proceeds of sale, under the terms of the encumbrance registered on title.
